About Us

Peter Richards & Co Ltd is a busy, dynamic and forward-thinking property consultancy committed to delivering excellence in property and planning consultancy. Stan Richards & Sons, which operates from the same premises, specialises in the design and construction of agricultural and industrial buildings.

The Role

We’re looking for a detail-orientated, highly organised administrator / office manager to support both Peter Richards & Co. and Stan Richards & Sons in Whitchurch, Shropshire. There’s also scope for longer hours (9am – 5pm).

Key Responsibilities
  • General office administration to support the team and ensure smooth running of the office
  • Acting as first point of contact with clients when answering telephone and dealing with enquiries
  • Setting up meetings and maintaining a diary as required
  • Attending worklist update meetings and updating our Workflowmax management system, including setting up new client files and issuing estimates
  • Issuing reports and job requests to draftspeople, ecologists etc and getting quotes where appropriate
  • Filing of sent emails and recording time on Workflowmax for invoice purposes
  • Maintain the office filing system (although most of this is now electronic).
