Planning Consent for a new two-storey office block for Hazport at Grange Park in Wem, near Whitchurch.
Peter Richards & Co have assisted Hazport in obtaining planning permission for a two-storey office development. Hazport are an expanding local business who recently acquired Grange Park which occupies a prominent location on the southern edge of Wem.
Hazport were keen to develop a building that would be reflective of their requirements to provide office facilities, allow a vision to their site and purvey a professional image on to passing traffic.
Whilst some difficulties were experienced during planning, due to concerns over the design, Peter Richards & Co. worked hard to address these issues with the Case Officer, liaising closely with the Ward Member and ultimately delivering planning permission.
Construct work started in early 2021 and should be completed shortly.
